20 January 2025: President un-elect Joe Biden pardons family and friends

President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr, son of a Wilmington car salesman, issued this statement minutes before his successor was inaugurated, in fact, as all were gathered in the Capital Rotunda:

“My family has been subjected to unrelenting attacks and threats, motivated solely by a desire to hurt me—the worst kind of partisan politics.  Unfortunately, I have no reason to believe these attacks will end. I believe in the rule of law, and I am optimistic that the strength of our legal institutions will ultimately prevail over politics.  But baseless and politically motivated investigations wreak havoc on the lives, safety, and financial security of targeted individuals and their families.  Even when individuals have done nothing wrong and will ultimately be exonerated, the mere fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably damage their reputations and finances. That is why I am exercising my power under the Constitution to pardon James B. Biden, Sara Jones Biden, Valerie Biden Owens, John T. Owens, and Francis W. Biden. The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that they engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense.”

(It should be noted that in Burdick v. United States, 236 U.S. 79 (1915) the U.S. Supreme Court held that no formal acceptance was necessary to give effect to pardons. If a pardon is rejected, it cannot be forced upon its subject, but the Court added (obiter dictum) that a pardon carries “an imputation of guilt and acceptance of a confession of it.”)

There is quite a tale concerning the Pardoner-in-Chief.

The Assigned Relatively Guilty

Indeed, Biden was really pardoning himself. Like the executive dispensation that he gave his son Hunter, the subsequent, five-minutes-to-midnight pardons of his other relatives absolve them of any non-violent crimes for over a decade, stretching back to 2014. The necessity for such primordial leniency is suggestive. 2014 marks when the family’s treacherous, international crime syndicate was enlivened. Despite his repeated denials, Biden met frequently with Hunter’s “clients.” On 31 July, 2023, Biden insider Devon Archer testified that Joe and Hunter were together on their ‘business’ contacts teleconferences over 20 times, adding to mounting evidence that the Biden family (Joe, Jim, Hunter, et al) were taking bribes and illegal payoffs (approximately 50 million dollars) from numerous countries (Ukraine, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, Qatar), which were funnelled through over 20 shell companies, some offshore, in effect selling access and indulgences at U.S. expense.

In December 2024, after ferociously-defended litigation, the National Archives released photos of Vice President Biden and Hunter meeting with Chinese businessmen in Beijing in 2013. These businessman helped Hunter create Bohai Harvest Equity, an investment fund controlled by the Bank of China (i.e., the CCP). In 2014, Hunter joined the board of the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, despite having zero experience in energy industry or energy policy. Hunter was ‘connected’ and was sent $3.5 million, and a big diamond, by Russia’s richest woman, Yelena Baturina. The Foreign Agents Registration Act requires Americans to register with the Justice Department if they work for foreign entities. None of the Bidens so registered. Hunter’s Laptop From Hell contains a note about disbursement of an illegal foreign payoff, including a cash amount due to “the Big Guy.” The laptop was stated, by 51 intelligence experts herded by Biden flack Antony Blinken, to bear all the ‘hallmarks of Russian disinformation,’ but on 17 March 2023, Hunter admitted that the laptop was his, and genuine. James Biden (“Jimmy the Chin”), President Biden’s brother, reported a net worth of about $10,000, but he and a partner were able to borrow $300,000.00 from First Pennsylvania Bank of Philadelphia – his brother then sat on the Senate Banking Committee. James’ wife, Sara Biden, in 2017, withdrew $40,000.00 cash deposited in their account from Hunter, care of his Chinese patrons; deposited it in another account, and then cut a cheque to Joe, styling it as “loan repayment.”  Did the same thing with $200,000.00 in 2018.

We have no idea what Frank Biden (President Biden’s brother), Valerie Biden Owens (President Biden’s sister) and John Owens (Val’s husband) did, such as to require a full prescriptive, retrospective pardon, but one can take a wild guess.

Earlier, 1 December 2024, after saying half a dozen times or more that he would not do it, Joe pardoned Robert Hunter Biden for “those offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024, including but not limited to [sic] all offenses charged or prosecuted (including any that have resulted in convictions) by Special Counsel David C. Weiss in Docket No. 1:23-cr-00061-MN in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and Docket No. 2:23-CR-00599-MCS-1 in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.” Hunter was convicted on three federal felonies for unlawfully purchasing a gun while he was addicted to drugs in 2018 and later, he pleaded guilty to tax evasion. Biden pardoned him for these crimes and any others, going back to 1 January, 2014.

Then Joe’s Valuable Friends got their special passes.

Anthony Fauci: Tony (‘I’m the Science!’) Fauci got a Full and unconditional pardon for any offenses against the United States which he may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 20I4, through the date of this pardon arising from or in any manner related to his service as Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, as a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force or the White House COVID-19 Response Team, or as Chief Medical Advisor to the President.

Embarrassingly, after hundreds of appearances on TV over 18 months, Tony had to renegue on virtually all of his Covid pronouncements (on herd immunity, masks, more masks, triple masks, transmissions, the actual Covid risk and lethality, re-infection risk, lockdowns, the need for masks and distancing after vaccination, etc., etc.) The good doctor, a lifelong bureaucrat who has never practised medicine, seems immune to the real world but savvy enough to sense political static and actively conceal his promoting lifting the moratorium on gain-of-function research (experimentation that aims to increase the transmissibility and/or virulence of pathogens). His National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases sent bags of cash to middleman Peter Daszak, who sent it on to the Wuhan Virology Lab – to carry out gain-of-function research. Tony claimed the ‘lab-leak’ theory was practically impossible. The CIA disagrees. Fauci’s emails, released under FOI, show how terrified he was of the lab-escape theory escaping from its warm smothering blanket of official secrecy. And he has changed tack again on masks, and had the CIC change the definition of “Gain-of-function.” Senator Rand Paul suggested that Anthony Fauci would “go down in history as the first government scientist to be preemptively pardoned for a crime.”

General Mark A Milley – Chief of Staff of the US Army and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff – called Trump a fascist. In Peril (2021) by Bob Woodward and Robert Costa, it is asserted that on 30 October 2020, four days before the U.S. presidential election, Milley called his counterpart in China, General Li Zuocheng, telling him: “I want to assure you that the American government is stable and everything is going to be okay … We are not going to attack or conduct any kinetic operations against you … If we’re going to attack, I’m going to call you ahead of time. It’s not going to be a surprise.”  (An act of insubordination and treachery worthy of Benedict Arnold.) Biden issued a pardon “for any offenses against the united States, including but not limited to [sic] any offenses under the U.S. Code or the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which he may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014, through the date of this pardon…”

The Kangaroo Court

THE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS WHO SERVED ON THE SELECT COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE JANUARY 6TH ATTACK ON THE UNITED STATES CAPITOL (“SELECT COMMITTEE”); THE STAFF OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE, AS PROVIDED BY HOUSE RESOLUTION 503 (117TH CONGRESS); AND THE POLICE OFFICERS FROM THE D.C. METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPARTMENT OR THE U.S. CAPITOL POLICE WHO TESTIFIED BEFORE THE SELECT COMMITTEE A FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL PARDON FOR ANY OFFENSES against the United States which they may have committed or taken part in arising from or in any manner related to the activities or subject matter of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol.

Lieutenant Michael Byrd, of the Capitol Police, shot dead unarmed rioter Ashli Babbitt on 6 January, 2021. Doubtless he was freaked-out by the tumult, and the US Department of Justice cleared him of any culpability 3 weeks later. The January 6 Select Committee was the Democrats’ partisan witchfinder-general, which went to some lengths to suppress and hide evidence that didn’t support their predetermined narrative about that day, including video of Speaker Nancy Pelosi admitting that she was responsible for the security failures at the Capitol. The Jan. 6 committee didn’t ask U.S. Capitol Police Chief, Steven Sund, to appear before it. Sund later gave testimony that he asked House Sergeant-at-Arms, Paul Irving, to get Pelosi’s OK (as Speaker of the House, she had the relevant authority) to summon the National Guard to the capitol, but she scotched that request.

President Biden also gave last minute pardons to Democratic cronies Jerry Lundergan and Ernie Cromartie, convicted of campaign finance violations and tax evasion.

The Biden clan is like the Armitage family in Get Out.

Joe forgot to pardon himself, but is likely to answer to a higher court many years hence. In a TV interview, Trump said: “You know what the funny thing, maybe the sad thing, is? He didn’t give himself a pardon. And you look at it, it all had to do with him.”‘

“Treason doth never prosper, what’s the reason? For if it prosper, none dare call it treason” (John Harington, Epigrams).

We should add that presidential pardons have long been a bipartisan scandal, besmirching Republicans and Democrats. And Biden, with 8,064, is only 2nd in line for number of pardons, Jimmy Carter having gifted over 200,000 Vietnam war draft-dodgers. However, Joe is the first President to have pardoned his whole family.
